One suggestion; Grant a "Right of First Refusal" for the foreclosed party to match the selling price of his/her property to a bonafide buyer. They did it in the farm crisis of the 80's. Thank yoiu for your efforts. I'm facing foreclosure and I can not talk to anyone of authority with WAMU and it has been 3 months. This is a much needed addition.
